Gallery1-to-slideshow

gallery1-to-slideshow converts an online Gallery to an input file for dvd-slideshow. This only works for Gallery version 1. I hope to make a script for Gallery 2.0 soon, based on the excellent work by Marcus on DVD-Baker.
